Varieties of wines :
Anjou Blanc
- Grape variety : Chenin
- Wine making process : the grapefruits are harvested by hand and are sorted out to reach the optimum maturity. The juice is let into fermentation with natural yeast of grapefruit, checking up the temperature so as to get the best expression of the terroir and the wine making process.
- Characteristics : 12.5% Volume
With a beautiful sustained golden colour, this Chenin, picked up and sorted out suits your palate thanks to the smartness of their minerality, the power of its well–ripped fruit flavours as well as the sharpness of flowers of acacia and lime trees. A very smart wine which lets a great persistence in your mouth.
Rosé de Loire
- Grape variety : Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Groleau Gamay
- Wine making process : the juice is let into fermentation with yeasts of grapefruit and then leading of the fermentation in low temperature to get the flavours of fruits.
- Characteristics : 12% Volume
This is a wine of a very intense cherry colour; its flagrant odour is a mix between strawberry and red fruits brushed, but firm when in mouth. It is a summer wine.
Cabernet d’Anjou
- Grape variety : Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Wine making process : in the harvest, maceration of the grape before squeezing to obtain the maximum of the fruit contained in the grape.
- Characteristics : half-dry Rosé: 12% volume+ 0.7 ounces of sugar for 1.78 pints. Raspberry-coloured wine, typical odour reminding the fresh grape of Cabernet, the morello cherry and the strawberry of a big fond freshness, it’s a treat! This wine is worth being tasted to young consumers.
Anjou Rouge
- Grape variety : Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon
- Wine-making process and harvest : the grapefruit is harvested when it is the most ripe, then it is let macerate for 15 days, paying attention to temperature.
- Characteristics : 12% Volume
A beautiful garnet-coloured wine, supple in mouth.

Coteaux de l’Aubance – Coteaux du Layon Rochefort
- Grape variety : Chenin
- Wine-making process : and harvest: grape harvested by hand by successive sorting in order to obtain juices naturally concentrated in sugar for the elaboration of sweet wines. Alcoholic fermentation for several months at low temperature.
- Characteristics : sweet 13% volume +2, 47 ounces of sugar for 1.78 pint.
Sustained or green – coloured wine, odour of apricots and citrus fruits. When in mouth, you will be astonished by its freshness. It is a smart sweet wine of a great distinction.
Crémant de Loire
- Grape variety : Cabernet Franc, Chenin, Chardonnay.
- Wine-making process and harvest : grape harvested in the optimum of its maturity to obtain wines of a big fruity. Wine elaborated according to the principles of the traditional method.
- Characteristics : 12% volume. Wine raised on one year on slats before we sell it.
Faint-gold-coloured: very expressive odour, a very strong odour of flowers and then evolving to tastes of almond and gingerbread. When in mouth, we like its creamy texture, its scale safe melted and its aromatic persistence. To be liked without any limits.

A red wine of a great tenderness and a legendary fruit, the Anjou Rouge will be served with your cooked and white meats.
More full-bodied, the “Old vines” Anjou Rouge blends well with meats and cheeses. To be served between 10 and 14°C.
